為什麼在面試完後都沒有被錄取?

我是清大材料系畢業,之後到美國西雅圖的華盛頓大學讀材料研究所,去年畢業,不過因為疫情影響都沒有進實驗室操作,論文也是寫大數據分析相關的題目,所以好像在面試後都是得到我的領域跟他們沒有相關的回覆,我都是面試關於半導體的相關工作,面試台積電都上不了,但面試其他的他們好像覺得我會去其他公司,有一種高不成低不就的感覺

疫情影響,現在全球除了航運業務以外,半導體也是很缺料,獲利程度頗高,所以今年也會有大舉徵才的計劃。針對新鮮人找工作,可以分成三個方向供您參考:

1.寫一封有溫度的業務開發信:您可以買一份經濟日報或工商時報,裡面會有上市上櫃公司(電子產業)的名單,其中大部分在人力銀行都有刊登求才廣告,您可以一家家投遞,但是注意投遞時要寫一個自我推薦,要先在該公司的網站吸收資訊後撰寫,必須要讓人有感,也能促進您對產業的了解。

2.學會察顏觀色:其實您目前己經能進到面試階段,代表專業有被認可。但是因為面試的經驗不夠,沒能夠察覺主試者的肢體語言。這可以透過察顏觀色來增加認識。回想一下您的大學和研究所生活,和朋友間的互動,在談天中如何讓對方引起共鳴,以及某個話題對方能不能接受,也可以透過模擬面試來增強。但是要找半導體業的Giver

3.適度表達自我:有經濟壓力、強烈想做好工作、為求職已做了很多努力。在面試時,適度的示弱是必要的,本來職場上求職,就是事求人人求事,結合現有團隊的力量,創造企業價值。雖然你是研究所畢業,但是就上市上櫃公司而言,每天面對的新人都有不錯的學經歷表現,我們除了表現對職務的勝任,同時也可以表現對職務的需求和渴望。

Although you graduated from a research institute, as far as listed companies are concerned, the newcomers you face every day have good academic experience and performance.
