為什麼在面試完後都沒有被錄取？

我是清大材料系畢業，之後到美國西雅圖的華盛頓大學讀材料研究所，去年畢業，不過因為疫情影響都沒有進實驗室操作，論文也是寫大數據分析相關的題目，所以好像在面試後都是得到我的領域跟他們沒有相關的回覆，我都是面試關於半導體的相關工作，面試台積電都上不了，但面試其他的他們好像覺得我會去其他公司，有一種高不成低不就的感覺

2．學會察顏觀色：其實您目前己經能進到面試階段，代表專業有被認可。但是因為面試的經驗不夠，沒能夠察覺主試者的肢體語言。這可以透過察顏觀色來增加認識。回想一下您的大學和研究所生活，和朋友間的互動，在談天中如何讓對方引起共鳴，以及某個話題對方能不能接受，也可以透過模擬面試來增強。但是要找半導體業的Giver。

3．適度表達自我：有經濟壓力、強烈想做好工作、為求職已做了很多努力。在面試時，適度的示弱是必要的，本來職場上求職，就是事求人人求事，結合現有團隊的力量，創造企業價值。雖然你是研究所畢業，但是就上市上櫃公司而言，每天面對的新人都有不錯的學經歷表現，我們除了表現對職務的勝任，同時也可以表現對職務的需求和渴望。
